| Character of Activity | Company COMTES FHT s.r.o. provides the complex research of development of new forming and heat treatment processes. Its offer includes design of production equipment and tools, choice and manufacturing of preforms, optimisation of heat treatment and deformation modes, measuring of thermomechanical and thermophysical properties, numerical and physical simulation of manufacturing processes, development of new production processes, tools production, prototypes production and pre-production batches, and material expertíses. In the domain of material forming the research and development is focused to open-die and close-die forging, extrusion, ring rolling, and rolling of strips, profiles and tubes. Great attention is also paid to heat-mechanical treatment of materials and to new advanced methods of forming and heat-treatment processes. Newly developed methods are aimed to the decreasing of material and timing production costs on the one hand and to the production of parts with special properties from common and non-standard metals and alloys. | |
